Overnight Oats

This recipe is one of the most convenient breakfasts for all my early birds out there! Plus it’s so delicious and it gives you the nutrients and energy that you need to wake you up and get you going!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup homemade almond milk

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 tbsp agave syrup

  • 3 tbsp chopped almonds

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well incorporated. Add to a container and refrigerate overnight.

Top with fresh fruit, granola or greek yogurt and enjoy!

Keep in mind that this is a very versatile recipe, the important thing is that you have the milk and the oats, but the flavors and toppings are completely up to you!
