Matcha Bowl

Hello you guys,

So, this morning I made this matcha smoothie bowl, I had been craving this for a long time and finally got to do it. I topped it off with some fresh fruits, including dragon fruit which I found yesterday at the supermarket, my superfood granola and some almond butter. It was sooo goood. Hope you all enjoy.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 3 medjool dates (pitted)

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup favorite dairy-free milk, I used almond (or greek yogurt for more thickness)

  • 1/2 tbsp honey (optional)

  • Ice as needed.

Directions

Blend all ingredients together, add more liquid or ice as needed.

Enjoy as a smoothie or as a bowl and top off with your favorite seasonal fruits.
