Banana Pancakes

Ok guys, I will share with you the EASIEST Banana Pancakes recipe EVER!

I love this healthy option for my weekend sweet breakfast craving. Through the whole week I have savory breakfast like avocado toast or egg whites, but when the weekend comes all I want is some honey, berries and this incredible and easy to make banana pancakes.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup oats (optional)

YUP! that’s it. Unbelievable right?

Directions

Heat a pan. (medium heat)

In a blender, mix all ingredients until well incorporated.

Make pancakes and serve with fresh fruit, granola, almond butter or greek yogurt!
