Fig Ricotta Toast

Hello you guys,

Autumn is finally here and this is my breakfast on repeat. I love that it is so simple yet full of flavor and goods.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole-grain seed bread ( I used Seeduction from Whole Foods)

  • Ricotta Cheese to spread (option to use vegan Ricotta)

  • 6 fresh figs

  • Organic honey

  • Walnuts

  • Microgreens (optional)

Directions:

Toast bread slices to about 2 shades.

Spread Ricotta cheese evenly and top with sliced figs

Drizzle honey and add chopped walnuts

Optional to decorate with microgreens.

That is it!

I told you, so simple! I don’t know what it is about this recipe that it gives me all the homey, comfy feels…
